Bucharest-based startup RepsMate has developed an innovative solution that takes customer service to the next level.

By using artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, call center employees can be more responsive to customer needs. RepsMate provides employees with real-time support and helps managers make informed decisions.

The challenge

To achieve this solution, RepsMate uses advanced machine learning technologies, such as speech recognition, emotion recognition and behavioral segmentation. Combining and optimizing these elements was a complex task.

Collaboration with EuroCC

EuroCC Netherlands and Romania supported RepsMate in optimizing their solution for use on supercomputers. By using the Dutch supercomputer Snellius and the expertise of our experts,RepsMate was able to significantly improve the performance of their AI application.
